| The Uchiha are arguably the strongest clan in Konoha next to the Hyuuga. To this day, the Uchiha clan has all been murdered and eradicated with only 2 remaining survivers. Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Itachi.

| This clan from Konoha Village is known for its ability to manipulate their shadow. Utilizing this ability the clan member can attach their shadow to the shadow of another individual, and then take control of the user. Resulting in the affected person replicating or "shadowing" the exact movements in mirror form of the clan member.

| Years previously Orochimaru came to the Rice Field Country to establish Hidden Sound. The Fuuma clan had been in rough times since a previous war. Many of the Fuuma Clan shinobi thus decided to volunteer and join Orochimaru's new army on the promise he could make their clan powerful once again.The Fuuma were a well known clan around the Rain Country. After Jiraiya started his world travels, he battled a ninja from this clan. Later, Jiraiya would hear rumors that Pain, the leader of Akatsuki, was from this clan.

| AKA the Corpse Bone Pulse this allows it's user complete control over their bone structure. Which includes lengthening, changing, growing, and moving just about any bone. The user can also increase the amount of calcium in a bone and make it become stronger than steel.

| One of the more unusual clans in the Naruto series, the Aburame have a close relationship and high knowledge of bugs. They allow thousands of bugs to live inside their body, and in return protect that body they are living in. Which results in the host being able to use bugs to attack.

| The Inuzuka Clan may be one of the smaller clans in Konoha, but it's certainly not small in the specialist techniques department. The Inuzuka clan has a special relationship to canines, and are able to fully communicate with them. Not much is revealed as far as background and clan origins go.
