Personality: Kai is a cold hearted manipulator. He uses his strenght, power and intimidation to get anything he wants. And this is usually very effective. Kai cares sincerly so no one person. The only this he cares for is himself, and power. As it is his main goal to become the most powerfull ninja in all of existance. Kai is a very cold person who loves to battle. During battle Kai becomes completely serious. Yet at the same time he always pushes the battle to the furhtest point that it can go. That being said Kai loves bloodshed. Seeing people suffer either mentaly or physically brings him enjoyment. Kai attitude to people lower than him are of complete disdain. To people he dosent know, or hate for that matter, hes dispises completely. He likes to use people to reach goals. He will use and mold people to his own accordance and then use then up. Be it there talents, skills, and etc. After he is done with them he loses intrest and finds them to be a waste of time.

History/backround Story: Kai Hyoton was born in Kirigakure in the Water Country. Life was always hard for Kai; for on the day of his celebration of his birth an assissnation attempt was thrown against his fathers life. As a result his father was brutally killed. Thanks to nothing other than fortune Kai's mother managed to escape with him; the little five year old boy. Only hours after travleing she was extremely worn out and didnt know how long she could go. Finnally after hours of non stop travling Kai's mother collasped on the ground all her energy spent. Kai, as young as he was, could only cry as he layed in his mothers arms. Kai's mother tired, energy used up, and not seeing any future hop died that moment. Kai tried to wake his mother but she wouldnt wake and for hours it seemed he stayed with his mother. After quite some time Kai heard a movement. Scared he clutched to his mother and looked around. Out of the think curling mist a man dressed in black and a white mask appeared. The man slowly drew his kunai knife and advanced upon the child. Fear and anger flared through Kai at that moment. Instantly the mist around them began to thinken. The man with the Kunai slowed his decent slightly. When he reached about a foot or so from Kai, Kai screamed. As his scream echoed Kai felt a draining sensation move through his body. With the sound of shattering glass, thousands of shards of ice that had formed in the overhanging mist crashed down. Thousands and thousands of them; all raining down and a amazing speed. Kai, exusted, and confused fell into a deep sleep. When he awoke he was looking into the eyes of his Mothers brother, Riku. Thus began Kai's childhood. Filled with a hatred for the men who killed his family and a complex intrest in his new found talents.

Living with hid Uncle Riku turned out to have great advatages all on its own. For one his uncle was also a member of the Hyoton clan and as such he knew that arts of their abilities. And, after some persuasion, he agrreed to train Kai. Another reason was that Riku was a very influencal man so he knew who had ordered for Kai's parents to be killed. The discovery was a complete shock to Kai. The Mizukage, the leader of the entire village, had ordered his entire family to be killed. Simply because the Hyoton clan was to powerfull. After hearing this Kai was sent into a rage. He wanted revenge for the death of his family and nothing more would satisfy him than completeing the revenge. Shortly after this Kai was enrolled into the Ninja Academy with other Kiriguake students. A single year passed and Kai was promoted to Genin. Through the rest of his lower ranked ninja life Kai held a huge disadvantge agaisnt he opponents. Not only did he have his Kekkei Genkai but his skils in the ways of the Katana were excelent to say the least. At thirteen Kai became a Jounin. The youngest ever in his village. Still being pushed to get revenge Kai did nothing more than train to become stronger.

The year of his sixteenth birthday Kai became the Captain of the Anbu force in the village. A great feat for someone his age. Kai was a child prodigty. His skills with a blade and jutsu were remmarkable to the point of being scary. Finnally the time came. He weould get his revenge. After tons of training and planning Kai knew he would be able to kill the Mizukage. Needledd to say Kai succeded, and not only made peace his parents death but suscceded as the next Mizukage.

Sword of Draining [Mizukuri no Yaiba]
An advanced form of the Mizu no Yaiba. Instead of just making a sword made of stagnant water, the user instead makes the water move quickly giving it a higher tension level. Thus making it harder to bust up and giving it a sharper edge.
Effect: 1,100 Damage

Frozen Water Shield Technique [Touketsu Mizu Tate no Jutsu]
A shield of water is formed around the user that freezes partially when struck. The shield lasts for 4 posts, and after its initial creation the user can manipulate the water. This allows for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like to come out. Any attacking appendage freezes momentarily before striking, increasing the amount of potential damage dealt. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable, stronger techniques can get through it but it is a good defense against simple and intermediate taijutsu attacks.

A technique which allows the user to transport from one place to another in a veil of mist.

The user spews forth a giant cloud of poisonous mist from his or her mouth that blankets an area of a 30 ft radius in a dark green mist. This mist is comprised of a weak poison that irritates the opponents’ throat and lungs causing them to go into long and painful coughing fits.

Creates chains made of water and binds an enemies ankles and wrists. The strength and power of these chains depends on how skilled the user is with ninjutsu. The enemy can still perform seals if his arms are strong enough to move.

Water Element: Water Cannon Technique [Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu]

After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

After creating a large tornado of water the user can make it bear down on their opponent and move it at their will. Purely offensive and lacks any defensive capabilities.

Silent Killing Method
The Demon of the Mist, Zabuza Momochi was famous for has now been learned by the rest of the Mist Ninja.This technique allows the user to feel out their opponent without the use of their eyes, with increditable accuracy.The user is so silent that they can take downthree squads of ninjas without any sounds being made.The user is very hard to find this This is one of the Mists most deadly Taijutsu Stances.
Effect: The user is no longer visible in mist unless at a very close distance. A mist attack must be activate to use this technique. 1050 Damage

Silent Execution
This attack is one of the Ulitamate attacks that can be learned in the Silent Killing Method. This attack hits the opponent in the back of the head causing major damage and sending them face first, possibley knocking them out for a little while making them unable to fight. This attack is silent until the hit.
Effect: 2,500 damage, the opponent might not be able to do anything for one post. A mist attack must be activate to use this technique.

Requirement: Must have learned the Silent Killing Technique.

Crushing Strike
This is used with a heavy sword. This attack is an advanced form of the Silent Strike. This attack hits the opponent with such force that it with make a huge dent the ground under their opponents feet. This attack is silent until the hit.
Effect: 1500 damage, plus 1 damage for 1 chakra. (Max of 2000 chakra.) A mist attack must be activate to use this technique.

Silent Strike
While using the Silent Killing Method, the user silently strikes the opponent with a sword. Usually hitting them in the back. The user then disappears as though they were never there.

(Exploding Water Shockwave)
One can literally create water out of nothing. Kisame was able to cover a significant portion of desert while engaging Guy and his subordinates.

Once an opponent is knocked into water, the user press his hand against the water as five sharks can be created out of chakra and used to attack the opponent.

Water Trap of Restraint [Mizuwana no Yokuseiryoku]
Creates a large body tourniquet out of nearby water to wrap around an opponent or an unruly prisoner restraining their legs and arms. This can also be set up like a trap, for if someone steps on a puddle the trap will go off and attempt to restrain them.

Snow Blindness [Setsumou]
Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.

Water Element: Water Barrier [Suiton: Suijinheki]
An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any Ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with Taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.

After performing a long string of handseals the user creates a spiraling column of water that will circle the user and afterwards the user can force it to erupt into the opponent. Due to the immense force of the attack the opponent will be under the mercy of the water as it drags them away from the user.

Water Element: Water Shark Blast Technique [Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu]
A powerful attack that requires its target to be on or near the water, this technique creates a large shark comprised of water that can be used to attack in one of two ways. Primarily, the shark is sent towards the opponent at a charge, attempting to strike the opponent with extreme bashing force as well as trying to rend him with its teeth. The second, more devious use involves the shark attempting to swallow the opponent. In this case, the shark is hidden under the water until it attacks. If it manages to swallow an opponent, he is trapped within a sphere of water for 2 posts as the shark itself dissolves. After an attack, successful or not, it vanishes.
